I found a nice small tool, known by one's Twitter Cynara.

The idea is pretty great, you gather all your profiles and addresses (Orkut, MSN, Flickr and the like) on a single page in adiciona.com me out and the people you add.

I went to find a picture of the blogosphere and look what I found:

Tri ferramentazinha this! I already use it sometime. It is very useful when we want to move our profiles and contacts on the web, without mentioning all of our contact addresses for every time someone questions how we find on the internet.
