Fortune cookies with "tweets"

From what I understand here , Chinese restaurants in the United States will distribute the Twitter Cookies, version of the famous fortune cookies that have the best inside "tweets" on Twitter compiled.
Who said it was Mrgan Neven .

It is fact or hoax? Someone confirm?
Anyway, I thought great!
