img1 Ainda há esperança no ser humano...

Mr. Daniel da Silva, a victim of the floods in Santa Catarina, 20 000 returned real found in a coat for her granddaughter received as a donation.

Now there's one of the manifestations of honesty increasingly rare to see. Not even the precarious situation resulting from floods caused this small farmer contaminate your character.

I go into ecstasy when I come across news like this. Invades me a sense of euphoria and hope to see that there are still people who are worth. People who like this gesture and rotten to the majority of humanity would pass receipt fool not to make use of found money, contributes to the materialization of a rare honor and dignity.

It is a slap in the face of those who get dirty even for much less. After all for most ignoble, "finders keepers", is not it! For me also be an excuse for rogue is a great deception.

I once wrote an article (who're interested in reading the link it ) that was just the subject, aprons ethical and legal aspects of this popular expression.
And to repeat what I said there, under the legal terminology "Find" in fact may not even be stolen since it only sets the subtraction of stealing something for themselves through violence or serious threat (Article 157 of the Penal Code), but can be misappropriation (Article 169 of the Penal Code).

Only long before any legal provision, which for obvious reasons is unknown by most, which should prevail is the same ethics, education, birthplace, the cult of the good citizen, immaculate, reliable and correct. This has to be commended, as an example, propagated and passed on to those who depend on our teachings - children and grandchildren - so that tomorrow we can be sure that if you leave something valuable or not a park bench, there will remain until we return.

Utopian? Could be. But in a society is how I would like to raise my children.
For now, the only concrete thing that still remains is the hope of finding more people like Mr. Daniel ...

Carla Lorraine on December 17, 2008 at 4:51 pm #

Commendable attitude too!! Tb consider myself a dreamer ... the values need to be rescued, ethics, morality, must be propagated ...
I love the text ...

Thanks Dani!
This kind of thing really messes with me, because unfortunately we have heard and witnessed much more news than the dishonest acts of exemplary acts like this gentleman. And they become more and more frequent!
Also keep dreaming! ;)

We are happy when they see that in spite of so much violence, so much villainy, such a lack of love in the world, there are still people (and many by the way) that make us hope and believe that the world can still be a place of respect , honor, honesty and dignity.
This attitude, which should be seen as a normal behavior, is still seen as an extraordinary thing, but maybe one day, the strange and different is someone not to do so.
I hope to still live in that world, who depend on people like Mr. Daniel and others, we will still have the pleasure to behold.
Very good indeed.
Congratulations on posting.
Kisses.

Esther had seen his other text on ethics, which I agreed to gender, number and degree and this case is the typical illustration of everything you had said before. Great text and great example.
The hope is, as I think you put it, this is not a great example, but a completely natural thing one day. Who knows our grandchildren ^ ^
Hope, there must always be.
Bju

Thank you dear!
I'm always happy to comment on issues like this. Like I said, good examples need to be revered and that stories like this are increasingly common. ;)

There's nobody to, although a few crooks that stain Brazil, we have good people, Brazil is tough, there naum best parents in a matter of solidarity, I bet in the U.S. after Hurricane Katrina, people thought twice before send help as being a totally racist parents, people who had helped naum because most of the people affected were black. In Brazil, the shit is all in Brasilia, without a vast majority of thieves there, we would be much better!!

It is to applaud the attitude of this man.

This reminds me of what happened to me about 7 months ago Run when I still lived in Spain.

He had just bought a new phone from Nokia, which cost me € 235.
I walk around with my cousin in the city and stopped in a small square, sat on a bench and sat there for about 25 minutes.
Run when we left I forgot the bag with the phone in, still in the box.
and we left almost an hour after entering the qdo agent Tava movie I remember the phone.
I run like a madman, running nearly 15 minutes, the neighborhood went through there like a fool, in those narrow alleys.
when I arrive in the square had a dating couple in the same bank as agent was talking, running them when they get near me or wait to ask about the phone are already here asking if it was I who had lost a cell phone still in the box a little early.
I returned and I gave thanks to God for being in a country with people meducada be.
Q I hope one day these things can happen here in Brazil : D

Hypocrite? Maybe, but in a society such that I will raise my children.

Beatriz Esther on December 19, 2008 at 11:11 am #

@ Marcio
It was an irony or a hint?

Galvao on December 19, 2008 at 11:54 am #

Marcio apparently fits the most rotten of humanity.

Unfortunate ...

Cassian at December 19, 2008 at 2:16 pm #

That, in the midst of such a misfortune, the guy lost everything, found 20 000 in the middle of donated clothing and even returned?!?!
That to me is bull story to sleep!

More'm very happy! The problem will be finding the former owner of the money huh?

Luckaus on December 19, 2008 at 2:58 pm #

I returned the coat [2].
And Vinicius, I know that Brazil is going to spain bitch or whore. Just because you returned the phone that you saw is "brazuca" felt sorry for you, not because they are "educated". Wake up!
